Amansinaya Mountain Resort - Laurel, Batangas

Amansinaya Mountain Resort is an activity-filled hideaway up in the mountains of Laurel in Batangas.  For a minimum of 12 people (P1,365/pax during peak season; P1,260/pax off peak rates) you and your group can enjoy the following facilities: a zip line, the Giant Mudslide, a challenging Obstacle Course, their Giant Soccer Ball, and the Amansinaya Aqua Park Pool and the Patio Filipino Pool. Plantation Bay Resort and Spa – Marigondon, Cebu

Plantation Bay has been rated One of the Top Ten Family-Friendly Resorts in Asia by Asia Spa Magazine. The resort caters to families, couples, and corporate groups, and its main goal is to immerse them in the hacienda experience of plantation living. Plantation Bay's special Day Trip package is priced at P2,000/pax (P1,500/pax for groups of 20 people or more), with 50% off for children 4-12 years old (kids 3 years old and below get in for free). The package includes a set lunch, choice of drink, access to all lagoons and swimming pools, wall climbing (from 1pm - 5pm), 30 minute use of bicycles, 15 minute use of non-motorized aqua sports equipment (floaters or kayak), billiards, darts, foosball table, air hockey and table tennis (from 9am - 5pm), and use of shower rooms.

Kahuna Beach Resort – San Juan, La Union

This Balinese inspired boutique resort is located at the center of the country's surf capital, San Juan in La Union. Kahuna offers several day tour packages, among them three tours in La Union, one tour in Vigan, and two tours in Baguio City. Package 1 for La Union (P2,500/pax) covers Taboc , San Juan pottery making, Sapilang honey and silk making, Pebble Beach in Luna, Our Lady of Namacpacan Parish Church, and Bangar loom weaving. Package 2 (P4,375/pax) covers Pugo wood carving, Basilica Minore and Museo de Iloko in Agoo, dried fish stalls in Damortis, and Pugad Pugo Adventure (zip line, rappelling, wall climbing, and ATV). Package 3 (P2,500/pax) covers the Botanical Garden in San Fernando, Macho Temple, and Naguilan silver craft and sugarcane wine and vinegar making.  Kahuna's Vigan Package (P7,500/pax) brings you to Baluarte, Pagburnayan jar making, the Vigan Cathedral, Burgos Museum, Crisologo Museum, and Bantay Church and Bell Tower. Eagle Point Resort – Anilao, Batangas

Located in Balayan Bay in Barangay Bagalangit, Eagle Point Resort is a dive resort that prides itself on its conservation efforts. A range of marine life inhabits the resort's coast and the area boasts more than 250 coral species. Aside from their standard dive packages, Eagle Point also offers day trip packages catering to non-divers. The package costs P1,600/pax and includes entrance and parking fees, a welcome drink, lunch and afternoon snack, complimentary use of the resort's facilities (including the fresh water swimming pool, the Reef Pool (a salt-water pool where you can swim with Gus the 12 pound grouper, baby sharks, and other marine animals), billiards, and table tennis), access to the Aviary, access to scheduled fish feeding at the reef pool, and complimentary use of a cabana as changing room.  Additional activities are also available:  a boat ride to Sepoc Beach Center (P1,800/pax), intro dive (P3,000/pax), kayak rental (P450/hr), snorkel rental (P175/mask, snorkel and lifevest), dune buggy (P1,650/hour for two riders) and ATV 4-track (P1,200/hour for rider). Day Dive packages are also offered: for a group of four divers the rate is P3,350/diver (P1,950 if you have your own equipment), three divers for P3,650/diver (P2,250 with own equipment), two divers for P4,290/diver (P2,900 with own equipment), and solo diver for P6,240/diver (P4,850 with own equipment). Dos Palmas Island Resort and Spa – Puerto Princesa, Palawan

This luxurious resort is situated on an island just 50 minutes by boat from the Sta. Lourdes Wharf in Puerto Princesa. It opens its facilities to non-staying guests through their day tour, priced at P2,500 for adults and P1,200 for children. The package includes scheduled round trip land and boat transfers to and from the city, lunch, use of children's playground, ocean kayaks, snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel and fins), courts and equipment (tennis, basketball, table tennis, videoke, and mini-library), resort bikes, speedboat transfers to nearby snorkeling sites, all day complimentary coffee and hot tea, and welcome drink.

Fontana Hot Spring Leisure Parks – Clarkfield, Pampanga

The Fontana Hot Spring Leisure Parks is a huge 300 hectare resort with a water theme park, golf course, and casino. The Fontana water park features a world-class Wave Pool, three Giant Aqua Thrill Slides, the Water Factory, Lazy River, and the Pirate Ship. Day trip rates for the water park is P375/pax from Monday - Thursday and P475/pax on weekends. Fontana's Hot Spring Pool is P150/pax Monday - Thursday and P200/pax on weekends. You can also rent a boat and go fishing in the park's man-made lagoon; rod and reel rental is P200/hour and boat rentals are P75/pax for a 15 minute ride and P150/pax for a 30 minute ride. The Sports Center also provides entertainment as you can rent basketball courts, tennis courts, badminton courts, and volley ball courts at around P150/court/hour. Indoor games of billiards, table tennis, and darts are also available.

Bluejaz Beach Resort and Waterpark – Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte

Bluejaz, a beach resort in the Island Garden City of Samal off the coast of Davao City, has the longest water slide in the southern Philippines. Their packages cover the theme park, but they also offer other aqua sports activities that can be enjoyed on their private beach. The day tour is from 6am - 5pm; at P120/adult and P100/child, the tour includes the entrance fee, an open cottage, use of swimming pools and all water slides, and round trip boat fare from wharf to resort. Aqua sports are as follows: kayaks P200/hour, speed boat P5,000/hour, jet ski P3,500/hour and P2,500/30 minutes. The winch is P90/pull and is for wakeboards, waterski, and body board; wakeboard with jet ski is P3,000/30 minutes; waterski with jet ski is P2,500/30 minutes. Bluejaz also has a zip line that costs P70/ride.

Crimson Beach Resort and Spa – Mactan Island, Cebu

Crimson Beach Resort and Spa in Mactan Island, Cebu, is an elegant resort that serves as a good jumpoff point for exploring the reefs and islands in the area. Their Island Adventure is an island hopping tour available for the following destinations: Giluntangan and Nalusuan Islands (P4,000/pax), Pandanon and Olanggo Islands (P3,800/pax), and Pandanon and Nalusuan Islands  (P5,000/pax). The tours include a speed boat, beach towel, snorkeling set, lifeguard, entrance fees to the islands, and chilled drinks (bottled water and soda of your choice).  They also have a Snorkeling Tour that covers one island per tour: Gilutungan Island (P2,500/pax) or Nalusuan Island (P3,000/pax), with the same inclusions as the Island Adventure tour.

Matabungkay Beach Resort and Hotel – Lian, Batangas

The Matabungkay Beach Resort and Hotel offers a simple sunny getaway for groups of 25 people or more through their Set Day Tour Package (P750/adult and P600/child).  The package includes entrance fees to the resort, a designated picnic area, set lunch, morning and afternoon snacks, 20% off on all spa services, use of the beach, the swimming pools, and bath houses.
