We celebrated our NYE here and it was a fun and happy experience. We consider the place because it was near to MOA. Our room has an enough space for our family and everything was working well in the room. The bed was comfy and soft which gives us a good rest. We also enjoyed their outdoor pool but it has too much chlorine. Overall, it was a great family holiday vacation fo us.

Great place to stay with your family. All the staffs are very helpful and courteous. We will surely going back to this place!

"Disappointing Check in and Check out"

The management wasn't prepared for the volume of people checking in and checking out of the hotel. Our check in took 2 and a half hours! The reason being given to us is that the guest before us extended their stay at the hotel. I find this excuse unacceptable. They know that there are a lot of people who have booked a room at the hotel on the specific date so they shouldn't have allowed any extension as a courtesy to the incoming guests and to avoid any conflicts. In addition, our check out took 1 and a half hours! Again, this is very unacceptable since we have already paid in full prior to our check in and all the management had to do is to check the room for clearance. I can't believe that it took 1 and a half hours to clear the room of any misuse or whatnot! The management should have regrouped and anticipated the volume of guests checking out given their experience on December 24 where there were a lot of guests checking in. It's just a matter of quick thinking and troubleshooting. I expected more from the operations of this hotel since I didn't have any problems when I stayed in their branch in Iloilo City. This is a VERY DISAPPOINTING stay and I will NOT RECOMMEND this hotel especially during the holidays. Such a waste of time and it caused a lot of stress!
