Plan Overview

Take your zoo adventure to the next level and see wild animals up close at Zoobic Safari Adventure Park, the first and only tiger safari in the Philippines. Located at the jungle area of the Subic Freeport Zone in Zambales, this 25-hectare nature-themed park is a wonderland that features a complete forest habitat where diverse exotic animals can be found frolicking and roaming around in a simulated natural environment. Zoobic Safari Adventure Park officially opened their gates to the public in 2006 and has been one of the most visited tourist destinations in Zambales. With the abundance of trees and wide stretch of savannah in its location, visitors will feel like they are in a real jungle when they enter the complex. Its remoteness from the province’s downtown district also adds to the zoo’s authentic safari vibe. Even tricycles inside the compound, which visitors ride on when coursing their way through the zoo, are painted in orange and black tiger stripes. Like other zoological parks, Zoobic Safari also showcases domestic animals and wild species housed within enclosures and displayed to the public. But what makes Zoobic Safari different from others is that they give their visitors chances to enjoy close encounters with the animals found in the park’s grasslands, streams, and terrains. With this, visitors experience an extraordinary zoo adventure while also keeping in touch with nature. This vast land of wilderness features birds like hornbills, golden pheasants, peacocks, parakeets, ostriches, and a cassowary. Wild animals like boars, bearcats, camels, monkeys, lions, and tigers also have sanctuaries at Zoobic Safari, among many others. The park boasts ten unique attractions designed to provide entertainment and educational experience to their visitors. Every zoo adventure starts with an orientation at the park’s reception area. Park guides are always ready to accompany visitors during the tour. Zoobic Safari has a Serpentarium where travelers can step inside an ammunition bunker and watch a variety of reptiles, like snakes and lizards, in their cages. Travelers can also freely explore the Zoobic Park, a two-hectare forest that allows guests to visit, pet, and feed the exotic and semi-domesticated animals in their simulated natural habitats. The park also has a Savannah, a sanctuary of the wild where ostriches, potbellies, and guinea fowls are found. There is also a Bone Museum where travelers can see valuable and unique collection of bones, stuffed animals, and well-preserved animal skin. At one point in the tour, travelers will have to enter the Croco Loco, walk through a suspended bridge, and feed the crocodiles. Visitors can also mingle with our Aeta brothers in the Aestas’ Trail. Meanwhile, Tiger Safari, the zoo’s most popular attraction, lets travelers have close encounters with the Siberian-Bengal tigers while riding in an enclosed jeepney. Other attractions in the park include the Forbidden Cave and Zoobic Cave. Every weekends and during holidays, Zoobic Safari also has an Animal Show at 10:00 AM and an Animal Parade at 3:00 PM. With their wide list of unique attractions and exciting activities, Zoobic Safari Adventure Park surely provides an adventure-filled escape for families and kids at heart.
