After serving you for the past several years, today we regret to announce that will be closing the business. The last day of operations for the website and application was July 15, 2020.

1. Bookings

For those of you with bookings that have been paid for and confirmed for travel before July 15th, rest assured that your bookings can be used as normal following government regulations and suppliers’ policy. However, any bookings for travel on or after July 15th will be expected to be cancelled and refunded.

2. Cancellation & Refund

For bookings paid via cash and local credit card: Refund process will take about 14 working days after receiving the customer's complete bank details, and will be refunded via wire transfer.

For bookings paid via International credit card: will request the reversal of charges from our payment merchant within 14 working days subsequent to the cancellation of the booking.

3. Reward Points Redemption

Please check available options for reward points redemption in this link. You may redeem your points by filling out this form and send it to Customer Service via email or Facebook messenger.
