Nestled among the exclusive beachfront properties in General Luna, Siargao Island is Bayud Beach Resort , where well-appointed accommodations and the laid-back beauty of the natural surroundings are combined to give guests a chance to relax and to enjoy some of the many activities in Siargao.

The resort has 18 cottages meant for accommodation, and there are 5 room types to choose from--the Presidential Suites, the Vice Presidential Suites, the Honeymoon Suites, the Deluxe Suites, and the Maharlika Cottages. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom with a hot and cold shower. The Deluxe Suites and the Maharlika Cottages can each accommodate up to 4 persons, as there are 2 double beds in each room. The Presidential, Vice Presidential, and Honeymoon Suites are equipped with a king-size bed each.

Bayud Beach Resort also has its own restaurant, Malinao Resto, which overlooks the swimming pool and the beach. For functions, guests may reserve Hanoynoy Hall, which is equipped with a sound system, LCD projector screen, and is Wi-Fi accessible. Activities like island hopping trips or a tour to Magpupungko in Pilar can be arranged for the guests. In-house activities include beach volleyball, billiards, and Frisbee. A massage session can also be arranged upon request. The resort also arranges surfing tutorials for guests at a nearby surfing site. Accommodation packages include full board meals, and guests may opt to avail of the resort's transfers.

 

How to get there:
There are direct flights to Siargao from Manila and Cebu. From Sayak Airport in Del Carmen, guests can arrange for transfers directly to the resort.
