Located in a secluded part of Zamboanga City, in close proximity to the airport and downtown area, Hacienda de Palmeras Hotel and Restaurant offers accommodations that focus on privacy and comfort.

The hotel is shielded from the outside world by high walls, giving guests the illusion of being in their own private garden. Décor is simple and tasteful, with most of the hotel done in white with wooden accents that reflect the local aesthetic.

There are only two kinds of rooms available--Twin Sharing(contains two single beds) or Matrimonial(contains a queen-sized bed)--both of them equipped with an air conditioner, cable TV, a refrigerator, hot and cold shower, a desk, and a telephone. Room service is available. The hotel also has special rates for long-staying guests and balikbayans. All rates include breakfast. Wireless internet is available in the lobby for Php50.00 a day.

Palmeras, the hotel's in-house restaurant, is popular in the area for its eclectic cuisine. Most of Palmeras is open-air, providing guests with a good view of the resort's well-manicured gardens. The restaurant is a favourite of locals, though it closes at 10pm, so folks planning to stay out late should have alternative venues planned.

Hacienda de Palmeras Hotel and Restaurant is a little patch of calm in the beautiful city of Zamboanga.

How to get there:
Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, Air Philippines Express, and Zest Air have daily flights from Manila to Zamboanga. The hotel can arrange for private pickup from the airport. Alternatively, one can also take the jeep or tricycle from the airport to the hotel.
