All rooms are air-conditioned and are Wi-Fi accessible, though the building structures are inspired by the traditional nipa hut, adding to the resort's island charm. There are five accommodation types at the resort--the Dream Villa, Villa Oasis, Grand Villa, Dream Deluxe Rooms, and the Lifestyle Cloud 9 Rooms. The Dream Villa is the resort's honeymoon suite, designed for couples on a romantic vacation. It has a private bathroom with a hot and cold shower and a tub for two. The Villa Oasis is a two-bedroom villa suitable for groups of four, as each room can accommodate two persons. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub. The Grand Villa has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The villa's rooms can sleep two persons each, and there is a common veranda and back porch. Dream Deluxe Rooms are simple but comfortable enough to accommodate two persons. The Lifestyle Cloud 9 Rooms are only a 15-minute walk away from the Cloud 9 surfing spot. The stone floors of the bathrooms were built to incorporate Reflexology footpaths in order help guests achieve a sense of calm and vitality.

The Island Dream experience wouldn't be complete without the resort's amenities and services. The in-house restaurant serves Filipino and international cuisine, and a lounge bar where guests can enjoy cocktails. Those who want to catch a wave can take a five-minute motorcycle ride to the Cloud 9 surfing spot near the Island Dream Palm Paradise Resort. Guests can enjoy several activities within the resort, including relaxing on the lounge chairs on the beach, jogging along the 27-kilometer coastline, kayaking, playing volleyball, badminton, tennis, or football. There is also a lagoon-shaped swimming pool on the premises.
