Style & Service:
Max Pavilion is a hybrid of a hotel and a condominium. Upon arrival, you will feel that the management is genuine in making your stay special. Ken, the General Manager, will personally fetch you in the lobby and escort you to your room whenever he is available. Check-ins and check-outs are done inside the room to lessen the stress on their guests. This is a definite plus for anyone who wants to just lie down in bed and rest.
Max Pavilion takes it up a notch by providing extra attention to their customers’ needs with just a call or an SMS to the management. The staff always go the extra mile by leaving notes with a small greeting for the guests whenever they clean the rooms.
Each room is fitted with its own phonograph with some vinyl tracks for the guest to try like a 1938 portable HMV phonograph with Louis Armstrong and High Society songs. These phonographs are part of the owners’ personal collection, adding to the atmosphere of pure relaxation. All suites are also fitted with Holland carpets, crystal chandeliers, French wallpapers, bed duvets from Canada, and scratch-proof beds from Italy. Each room in this boutique hotel gives you the feeling of being a guest in a house imprinted with the finest aesthetic taste and the warmth of its owners.
In terms of room facilities, each room has an office desk for business travelers with ample sockets and night lamp. All rooms also have their own Internet connection server, which means relatively faster Internet and customizable WiFi. Each TV set can be readily connected to the Internet too. Skype meetings can easily be done via their flat screen television, and guests can event rent a webcam from the management. The hotel also equips each room with fine brands to further elevate the experience of their customers: Evian for bottled water, TWG for teas, and L’Occitane for toiletries.
Max Pavilion Boutique Serviced Suites is an up and coming property that balikbayans, expats, and even ordinary Filipinos should consider for a short staycation in the McKinley / BGC area. With its commitment to excellent service and genuine warmth, it’s no wonder they receive a lot of good reviews from their clients.
