Featuring 10-feet-high paper mache puppets, the Higantes Festival in Agono, Rizal, attracts many locals and tourists every year. The procession is one of the main highlights of the Higantes Festival. Be prepared to get soaked, though, because water splashing activities also play a big part in the fiesta.
Belen Sa Makati

Business district Makati City celebrates the start of the Christmas Season with the Belen Sa Makati festival in which colorful locally made lanterns are put on display. The Ayala Gardens are also decorated and turned into a Christmas Light and Music show. Office workers, tourists, and shoppers all gather to witness this majestic blend of music and lights.
