People come to Boracay to enjoy its pure white sand and translucent waters, but the influx of clubs, bars, and other entertainment establishments has made the island more famous for its nightlife in the recent years. Yet there are still some who come to Boracay who just want to sit back, relax, and enjoy the quieter and calmer version of the island along with the setting sun and salty breeze. Thankfully, Diniwid Beach is just there.

Located away from Boracay's famous White Beach, Diniwid is about a 15-minute walk from Station 1 via a cliff side trail and a 20-minute tricycle ride from Station 2 via D'Mall. This hidden cove has rocky shores, but some areas have smooth and powdery sand as well. Expect Diniwid Beach to have less people and establishments, which makes the environment more tranquil than the other shores on the island. Diniwid is perfect for families who want a private time together or couples who are looking for a romantic place to enjoy.

Though there are less hotels and resorts that line the shores of Diniwid Beach, the establishments are just as amazing as the ones located in the three main stations of Boracay. Nami Resort is one of the more popular hotels in the area—its rooms have modern designs, each with a balcony that offers a marvelous view of the surrounding shores. The onsite restaurant serves unique versions of international dishes like the Greek spanakopita and onion soup. It also has salads, pasta dishes, and a selection of wines.
