JINJIANG INN MAKATI

I have booked the hotel because of it’s accessibility to makati malls.and also i was expecting a bathtub, however i was disappointed when i checked-in it wasn’t the room i booked on the app. i have raised the concern with them. they are very courteous about it. though i didn’t get the bath i’m still very impressed with the service of the hotel. and that king bed is love. i even booked another night and extend my stay. and the food at breakfast is really delicious i will definitely stay here again next time i’m in the philippines.

I am a solo traveler but did have my best friend over to keep me company. I am VERY, VERY happy with the service. They have 5-star service for each of their clients. When I arrived, it was too early for check-in, but the guy at the reception made sure he kept my items safe while I met my friends since I couldn't check in just yet. When I arrived, the room was already cooled. I appreciate that coming from a tired day. The bed is also very huge, clean, and everything about the room was relaxing and so zen. The mini bar was stocked and prices were not too expensive, pricing is similar to going to a convenience store such as 7-11. Bathroom was clean and spacious, not cramped. I also like that even though I left my laptop and had housekeeping clean the room while I was out the next day, nothing went missing. Housekeeping staff is trustworthy. I had a lot of stuff when I checked out and they assisted me and got me a cab. I will definitely recommend staying at Jinjiang Inn and I'll also make sure to stay here when I visit Makati again.
