CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT  Check in time is 3:00 pm & Check out time is 12:00 noon.  Late check out after 12:00 noon will be charged Php1,000.00/hour. Beyond 6:00pm, a whole day rate will be charged. Late check out cannot be guaranteed depending on room availability.  Upon check-in, the resort will collect a refundable deposit of Php3,000.00. Deposit is refundable upon check-out.  In case of loss or damaged key cards, the guest will pay Php200.00 per card.

A supposed to be luxury resort for it's price, but i think there should be more inclusions like full board meals and room service massage to make it more meaningful and for it to stand out amongst other luxury resort in El Nido.

Things to improve on: WiFi connection. Hope all meals like lunch and dinner are already included in the price and also body massages. Staff should be trained well to not turn around right away even if we still need them. They should be advised to always ask if there's anything else.
