I chose this place because it’s very near NAIA 3 (walking distance), restaurants, convenience stores and Resortsworld Manila. I have no complaints with the room and facilities. It’s just a simple condo unit though, nothing posh. No bugs seen during my stay. At first, I didn’t feel safe but later that night, I was able to share a small chat with the lady guard and noticed that the hallway where my unit was never got crowded or noisy. I didn’t see people passing by outside my room. I wanted a place where I can have alone time, and this was it.

It is close to NAIA 3 where there is a footbridge to enable quick access to the terminal without having to call a taxi or shuttle. Because of its proximity to resorts world there is also a variety of restaurants and entertainment. The area is a well secure and patrolled at all-time which gives a feeling of security. I always recommend this to friends and family that are traveling and need a place to stay near the airport.
