My 2nd time to stay here. Both were a good stay. The receptionist is really great of service! Pleasant and really accommodating. Food is great. The aircon is working good, really cooling the whole room. Though the facilities are in age and need some renovation. But overall, still an amazing stays! Will definitely stay here again.
3 Things You Love about This Hotel: Excellent service, value of money, Good food Room: Budget Room (Without Breakfast) - Budget Room Stay Date: 09/25/2018 to 09/26/2018Check in: not aware of our booking, dun pa lang nagcheck ng room kung malinis o hindi. Walang resibo. Check out: walang staff sa reception, yung guard lang at literal lang na pinaiwan susi sa counter nung check out. Room: malinis naman in general, pero may stain yung pillow cases kaya nagpapalit pa. Pero maayos naman yung ibang bagay tulad ng TV, aircon and hot/cold shower. Breakfast: kasama dapat sa promo, pero walang pagkain. Walang tao sa cafe nila para sa breakfast. Naghintay, pero walang staff kahit isa maliban sa guard na walang pake. As in kahit sa silipin yung kitchen ay walang tao. Parang ghost town feels yung buong hotel, lalo na cafe. Alam naman namin na holiday, pero kung open sila for business, sana inayos na nila service. Sana pala ay hindi buo yung bayad kung ganun lang din ang labanan.
