My and I stayed at this hotel for Christmas. It's not our first time, but the experience is still the same. They have wonderful people serving us, attentive, and nice. Food at the restaurant was great, serving was enough, and price reasonable. Looking forward to stay here again.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Rooms are big and with veranda. Staff always wear a smile and courteous. Things the establishment needs to improve: water supply to the bathroom is very low making it inconvenient to take shower and brushing teeth. A lot of lizards around the walls and ceilings especially in the reception area. There is a bat hanging on the chandelier in the lobby and its waste is just obvious on the floor which could potentially drop to anyone's head. The smell of the surrounding (my room is the last room, near the waste water area) is awful. Seems the wastewater facility is not functioning well as you see it from the veranda. Very few selection of breakfast food. At night, it is difficult to find the entrance of the hotel because the gates are closed and not well lighted.

A really great hotel for the best price as well honest service crew especially when the receptionist remind me that we payed twice on our food and returned the excess money. Thank you so much! Highly Recommend...

If you're a first timer in the place you'll have a hard time locating the place but you van ask the locals to help you out locate the place. As we arrived in the resort it gives us a warm feeling because of the relaxing and quiet vibe of the place. We get the Standard room that time and it was big enough for us and there's a small veranda which has a nice view and good for morning coffee because of the refreshing morning breeze. And during the night you can do stargaze. We love our buffet breakfast we are satisfied with the taste. The staff has a fast service and they are all welcoming. It was a good place to rest and we had a delightful stay here.

I have been on this hotel for 3 times and their customer service is one of the best. Staff are very accommodating. Food in Emilio is good, just needs more variety. Anything I need, they always try to give their best.

The first few days were good, but then they became fully booked. At that time, they started to seriously struggle with service. If they start asking you for your breakfast order in advance, expect it to be cold or undercooked. They do laundry, but they do not have a washing machine. It took 3 days for the clothes to dry. Again, let me remind you that this was only when they were fully booked. When they were only partially full, the service was great. They are also not generally aware of the tourist attractions nearby, and they will always recommend renting a car rather than taking the bus for "safely reasons". That's a lie. The bus + a tricycle will get you wherever you want to go, perfectly safely. I would stay there again.
