It's my first time in their hotel and it's for staycation since it's holy week. The girls on the front desk were in panic mode when a lot of visitors arrived for check in. They need to have a systematic way of assisting customers. Kung sino ang magtataray dahil sa tagal ng pag entertain nila, yun ang uunahin nila. The room was okay, spacious, aircondition is good, tv w/ cable, with mini ref, 2 bottled water upon checkin. Nothing to complain about the accommodation, but got disappointed because their bar closes at 10pm. Plus not allowed to have a food delivery. But we enjoyed our stay!

Check In - Front Desk associate was ok. If the accommodation is pre-paid, be prepared to have at least 1000 pesos cash for deposit. It will be returned once you check out though. I was then given the key card and was shown to my room by a housekeeping attendant. He could've asked me to carry my bag for me but he didn't. Not a big deal for me but these are plus factors and small details that could have been a plus factor. Location - Nice location. Along Chino Roces avenue, atm, grocery, fast food and convenience store around the area. Amenities - Pool closes at 7 pm but pool side becomes a lounge area by 7:30 where one can have cocktails and can listen to bands during weekends. Food - Our booking came with buffet breakfast. Choices are very limited. Mushroom soup, bread, fried rice, scrambled eggs, daing na bangus, chicken afritada, fruit slices and cereals. No brewed coffee. The juices were warm and no one was there at first to assist anybody. The waiter came as he carried a big tub of ice and only then was I able to request for the for the juice. Room - The room was ok. When I first came into the room, it smelled musty. Obviously, they only opened the air conditioner when I checked in, so the room was still warm and smelled weird. It got better when I closed the restroom door though. The balcony is really just for smokers although it was very hot outside. The restroom smelled bad. The cable is a bit wonky and gets disconnected from time to time. Fridge works fine. They also provided basic toiletries. I got the room for only 1,600 php so the room together with the buffet breakfast was ok. Will I come back? Maybe, if I could get a lower rate just to do a staycation maybe. What can be improved? More training for the staff, hair dryer in the room, brewed coffee for breakfast, thorough cleaning of the restroom Room Tip: Nice view at night on the Upper deck, higher floors are always more quiet.

Affordable and businessman-friendly. Located near many fast food chains and convenience stores. On the other hand, don't expect for a nice view of the skyline from your room since the building is just low-rise. But the pool view compensates, especially at night. Room is relatively clean but mattress has a few stains. Welcoming reception area, welcoming staff and has basic facilities. Thumbs up for free newspapers, basic hotel amenities & functioning appliances.

My family and I spent our New year's eve here at Jade hotel. We chose this hotel because it's just a few kms away from our home. We originally booked The triple deluxe room but according to the Receptionist we were upgraded to Queen de luxe room. There's no bellhop to assist you with your luggage. They've provided an extra mattress for free but it doesn't fit in to our room. Our room has no view. I requested for a microwave but to no avail. The wifi was strong enough for surfing. Air-conditioning is good. We enjoyed the infinity pool and the view was relaxing. We stayed at the pool at 12midnight for the Fireworks viewing and it was great. The complimentary breakfast was fine but only limited choices so we decided to order for additional foods for our kids. Overall, our stay here was good and relaxing for a quick staycation. Plain and simple.

I booked this Hotel with promo, i was able to get a cheaper price about less than 1K for a Double deluxe room. The regular rates of their rooms is not value for money. It's too expensive as compared to other hotels that offers the same kind. The rooms are okay, it comes with variety of ammenities such as flat screen TV, airconditioner, a kitchenette, mini bar, and hot & cold shower. They also offer complimentary buffet breakfast, but the food are thumbs down. It was not good on my taste buds. Very minimal choices only. The staffs are 'Ok', although no one bothered to escort us going to our room, the fact that we have a lot of hand carry things at that time. Anyway, it's not a big deal, tho as there are other housekeeping and f&b staffs who were able to assist us on our needs. The location is good enough as it is near to a lot of fast food restaurants and convenient stores. And it's easy to find. They have a mini pool that is located at the 6th level, it is overlooking the tall buildings nearby, which is somewhat appealing on the pictures. Truly relaxing, however the feeling that it is crowded when everyone wants to swim. Just a few tips, if you want to book this hotel, you need to check for promotions as the price they're offering is not reasonable. There are other hotels out there that is even more cheaper and value for money. Overall, my stay was OK. :)

The room I've stayed in includes a personal-sized refrigerator, microwave oven & electric kettle which I find very convenient especially for a frequent traveller like me, with no specific time of returning from work. The breakfast meal is pretty good too and you get to dine in front of the rooftop poolside. I just don't find the staff accommodating & hospitable; they seemed tired all the time and I had to request for housekeeping twice in a day just so they could send someone in my room. Other than that, I will definitely visit again in the coming months.
