I was suppose to stay at this place for 10 days but within 2 days i decided to cancel the rest of my reservations. The original room i booked is too tiny. I moved to a different room, 2nd room air condition did not keep the room cool enough. Moved again to different room, 3rd room refrigerator had cockroaches inside and was not cold enough. And I've never had a hotel that didn't provide the guests with a second room key. The keys activate the power, so since I only had one, I could not keep my room cool when I was gone. One of the front desk clerks was rude. I just could not think any positives about this hotel/Apartelle.

3 Things You Love about This Hotel: comfortable, clean, service Room: Standard Room - Standard Room Stay Date: 04/04/2016 to 04/05/2016The room was small and there were cockroaches, ref's door is broken, there were no rugs, the TV is useless, wala n ngang cable, di mo pa mapanood ung local channel because of the super poor reception..soundtrip k n lng..and to top it all service is -0 ( kung meron man) i was with my 3 yr old son, when we checked out, i asked the guy staff there to kindly assist me in hailing a taxi kc dami ko dala and my bata pa, I was really disappointed with his answer, "marami pa ho akong ginagawa"...what else can I say to discourage you to stay at this hotel..Pls dont sayang money!
