The location of the guesthouse is perfect. Because it near the tourism office to know the do's and don'ts in Sagada. It is minutes away to restaurants and stores, whenever you are hungry you'll just need to walk for minutes. Also it is beside the Coda lines, what I did is I just check in for my scheduled bus, I went back to guesthouse lobby and waited for the departure time, and hop on to the bus. The room is perfect for people who needs a comfortable place to stay at night, and spend most of the time outside for the activities during the days in Sagada. The service and attendants are good, they kept my power bank charged and safe. They even help me find a small pin to open my phone SIM slot to top up my pocket WIFI. Overall, my experience with Sagada Guesthouse is good.

Sagada Guest House was just a few meters away from the municipal hall. We chose Sagada Guest House which was really nice, clean and affordable to stay. It has rooms with private and common bathrooms. It has own restaurant serves daily meals for the guest and a lobby to hang out. he staff was very accommodating and friendly. Recommended!

The hotel in itself is a simple homestay that I would say is adequate enough for such a small and quaint town like Sagada. If you're looking for a staycation, the place may not be for you but if you're out to explore (and I tell you, you MUST go out and savour all that Sagada has to offer!), this place would provide you with everything you need. The rooms are simple and nicely kept, although given the setup of the rooms, it is best never to leave valuables behind as they offer no security box. The shared shower and toilet are not as fancy or clean looking as you would expect, it is a bit rundown - but nonetheless seems okay as it has hot and cold shower, a bidet, an exhaust for the toilet, and is odor-free. The staff are friendly, and the lobby is filled with information on Sagada. We weren't able to try the food there, but based on the smell coming from the kitchen, it seems enticing enough. Given te hurried situation of our trip, we needed to make the most of Sagada despite not having our own car with us and having no itinerary. The hotel's location proved to be the best feature of all as it is right beside the municipal hall, and a few steps away from the Tourist Center. In Sagada, tourists are required to register at the said center before going around the area. Most places require guides, and the center makes it easy for you to arrange these with packages, and on demand guides at the site. Mind you that most activities will cost you money, but at the very least, the people of Sagada won't rip you off and are generally very honest and gentle. Tips aren't required, but if you are with some extra, it would help to help the townsfolk by rewarding them with something extra ;). For utilities and other necessities, the hotel is a few meters away from good places to eat such as Log Cabin Restaurant and has nearby local markets, groceries and stalls for your needs. It is also right at the smack of the town where Jeepneys going to Bontoc are (if you plan traveling to Banaue and/or Baguio, you might need to take a ride) and where buses from Manila drop off commuters. Sagada Guesthouse is also beside Coda Lines' ticket counter, so that's an added bonus. If you are a traveler on a budget, with an adventurous spirit, and doesn't mind no frills and simple guesthouses that will get you through your vacation nights, this place is not a bad option.
